Shipping policy
✦ Free shipping is only eligible to the lower 48 states and DOES NOT include Alaska and Hawaii or any address that does not have a physical address (P.O./APO boxes). If you are receiving in AK or HI please reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.
✦ Refused or Undeliverable Packages Policy
If an order is refused by the buyer or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or any other reason not caused by the seller, the buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.
Any original shipping charges, return shipping fees, or other charges incurred as a result of the refusal or failed delivery will be deducted from any applicable refund. If the total charges exceed the order value, the buyer remains responsible for the outstanding balance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned package has been received and all carrier charges have been assessed.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to accept delivery of the shipment and acknowledges responsibility for all costs resulting from a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package.
