Each order represents not only the materials used, but the time and skilled craftsmanship that goes into creating and preparing your piece. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our handmade, made-to-order, or limited-run items.
Natural variations in wood grain, texture, tone, and character are part of the beauty of working with real wood and are not considered defects, damaged, or item not as described.
