This waterfall console is crafted from solid wood and finished by hand to highlight the natural character of the material. Because solid wood is a natural, organic material, no two pieces will be identical.

Natural variations may include differences in color tone, grain pattern, knots, mineral markings, texture, and natural wood movement. These characteristics are inherent to solid wood and are considered part of the design and craftsmanship, not defects.

• Every piece is handcrafted from solid wood and individually finished by hand in your selected color,
  rather than factory-laminated or synthetic coatings. Because each piece of wood absorbs stain and paint differently, slight variations in color, tone, warmth, depth, and visible grain are normal. Some areas may appear lighter or darker than others, and no two shelves will have an identical finish. This natural variation is expected across all color options, including light, medium, and dark finishes.

• Listing photos are provided as representative examples of style and finish, not exact replicas. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed, and variations between photographs and the item you receive do not constitute misrepresentation, defect, or damage. No two pieces are ever identical—each piece has its own grain, depth, and personality. To showcase how these unique pieces enhance real spaces, the decor and room settings are digitally rendered from my original prompts. The product itself is always photographed authentically and remains 100% real.

Free shipping is only eligible to the lower 48 states and DOES NOT include ALASKA and HAWAII or any address that does not have a physical address (P.O./APO boxes). If you are receiving in AK or HI please reach out to us for a custom shipping quote. 

✦ RETURN POLICY ✦

We accept returns for most item(s) within 7 days of delivery. Item(s) must be:

-    In its original, undamaged condition
-    Disassembled, if the item was delivered disassembled
-    In its original packaging

Item(s) that cannot be returned:

-    Open box items
-    Personalized items
-    Custom items

 Because we offer free shipping on all orders and strive to maintain thoughtful pricing, we’re unable to offer free returns. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be returned in original condition to ensure smooth return process.

✦ REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE POLICY ✦

If an order is refused by the buyer or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or any other reason not caused by the seller, the buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

Any original shipping charges, return shipping fees, or other charges incurred as a result of the refusal or failed delivery will be deducted from any applicable refund. If the total charges exceed the order value, the buyer remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned package has been received and all carrier charges have been assessed.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to accept delivery of the shipment and acknowledges responsibility for all costs resulting from a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package.
